External or internal wastegate?

I plan on getting either a 20g or a 50 trim. I plan on running 15-20 psi. But probably turn it up to around 25 psi at the track. Would i be better off going internal or external. I was thinking about getting the SBR exhaust manifold flanged for a Tial 38 wastegate, but i was also looking at the VRS turbo-back exhaust with an internal wastegate vented to the atmosphere. Which would allow for less boost creep?

External is better but internal works too.

You would be better off with an external setup overall ......but you could acheive your goals with an internal for sure if 25 psi is max boost goal for now.
