Got a new radiator online. Everything looks good on it except that there's two extra outlets on the bottom. They look like they're for additional hoses. You can see them in this photo; they're the two brass outlets on the bottom.

My car is a 1992 AWD and the old radiator didn't have these. Does anyone know what they're intended for?

And can I just plug them with a rubber cap and ziptie or should I loop a rubber hose between them with worm clamps?

Agreed. That's almost all aftermarket radiators. It will fit manual and automatic transmissions, but the extra hoses are only used by automatics. If yours is a manual transmission, the hoses aren't used.
