exhaust manifold stud broke

I can re-tap and head with the exhaust manifold in, but the question is, can I change the gasket without pulling the turbo out, exhaust manifold gasket. I don't want to brake those long bolts or have to change the turbo to manifold gasket unless I have to coz its freakin like 9 bucks a bolt.

That could tell you how to take it out... but...


I think you could change it if you could wedge the manifold away from the head far enough to get it in there since the exhaust has a flex section.

I watched a friend of mine do it to his 1g and to a civic but I was worried about it. He told me it would be fine because of the flex section and he's built multiple engines so I assumed he was right.
