exhaust leak = lost boost?

my boost went from 13 to 10 all of the sudden and i notice one of the bolts for my exhaust manifold is gone could this leak cause a boost leak?

I was missing one of my exhaust manifold bolts also and when I replaced it, my car boosted alot better. Put a bolt in there and tell me if you notice a difference.
