Exhaust/Boost Leak

Okay, wow. Where to start. Well, when I floor my car in first gear it feels about right, but when I floor it in second it sounds like air is shooting out somewhere other than the exhaust; it sounds like it could be a leak in the exhaust somewhere, or maybe a boost leak. At first I ignored it, but the other day me and my cousin raced and he said that my car was psycho loud, which led me to believe I may have a leak again. Also, sometimes it feels like the car is being restricted or something when I floor it, hard to explain. Any thoughts?

I have a thought.


Look for the leak it's really not hard to jack up the car and feel around for a leak.

You will know very quickly were it is comming from if ya just get under it.

Well, got it done and figured it out. Don't know why I didn't think of that right away, maybe it's because i'm the least mechanically inclined person EVER!

What was it boost or exhaust?

Dont be afraid to tinker with your car. Atleast little stuff I mean theres really not alot you can do to it thats going to kill it.

Thats within reason I mean dont take your block apart or start cutting electrical connections.
