hey guys just a quick question:
If you have an exhaust leak from the head-mani, or the mani-turbo gasket....Would this cause your spool times to be longer?? The reason I ask is that I only have three turbo bolts, and two of my mani studs are missing on the end near the motor mount.....so I can only imagine I have a few leaks there.

Any exhaust leak you have is going to affect your turbo in two ways:
First, you wont be able to get up to pressure, and it will take forever to spool. The reason for this is, the turbo is powered off of the exhaust and when there's little or no exhaust capable of getting into the turbo it won't function.

Only if the leak is before the o2 housing so the answer to the thread starter's question is yes. You said two ways and only listed one. :p

Misread? :(

Thats what I figured but wanted to make sure!! I'm hitting full boost (11lbs) way later than I should and I'm thinking having no studs around the longest runner....and a turbo bolt missing on the same side is doing it!!! Heli-coil kit here I come!!! Thanks guys :thumb:
