evo scan problelms

ok i need help i downloaded evo scan using win zip. How do i get it to run also what cable do i need to flash my ecu i have a 99 gst. right now i just wanna data log and i have the cable for that?

im pritty sure you need a Tactrix 2.0 cable least thats what i used in my WRX when i ran opensource witch is like wrx verious of evoscan but i could be wrong
