ok so... heres my problem. I bought a talon that had the engine swapped for an evo III engine and it has a talon ecu in it with dsm link. i can't find dead times or global % settings for these injectors on a talon ecu. i believe the evo III had 510cc's in it.

1 - (450/New injectors) * 100 = global adjustment at base fuel pressure

In your case, 1 - (450/510) * 100 = 11.7% (12%)

As for deadtime, I'm not too sure how to calculate it but based on RC550 that are 180 I'd say 150 would be a safe start point but I would want to confirm that first.

yea i thought that i could just estimate it by the rc550's and just go a little lower to but i saw that the evo 9 injectors accually have a slower opening time than stock 450's. is there an accuall calculation for this?

the last two deadtimes appear to be same as 1g 450cc according to the values in the link i posted. I know dsmlink just uses one deadtime value instead of each voltage. I don't see a consistent number to use.
