If i ordered an evo III 16g would the 2g install kit come with the turbo? If not where could i buy the install kit and how much would they go for. Also what would be included in the install kit?

Usually it's separate, but I've seen the kits on ebay, various vendors like buschur, sbr, etc. It consists of a j-pipe, gaskets, washers & oil feed line.

You can go with this package. It comes with Evo 3 16g, ported exhaust manifold, and install kit. Turbochargers.com also has the best prices for turbos as well as install kits.
