Evo II engine in 2g body

Has anyone ever put a EVO II engine into their 2g front wheel drive eclipse. I was told that it can be done because that engine comes ina 7 bolt version and is facing the same direction as the 7 bolt as well.

To anyone wanted to know the motor does fit in but there is a small problem with the throttle cable and also there is no egr value or evape. other then that i only had bad luck with a bad throttle position sensor that isnt reading.
