I’m buying a 97 gsx with a evo 3 block. What kind of power can this block hold? And on a 16G turbo and 550 Injectors. What for power will 15psi make?

The Evo III engine has the weakest piston ring lands of the bunch - some people have broken pistons on stock boost (11 psi), some say that their car is humming along fine at 25 psi. In general, there are lots of failures in the cars with mild upgrades, and a lot of owners don't know that they've pushed it too far until they start developing crankcase pressure issues, then tear it down and discover that there's a lot of carnage. I personally wouldn't go past 15 psi, and the tune needs to be rock solid, but start saving for an engine rebuild regardless.
