Evo 18G on a DSM

My friend has a 18G turbo from a Evo and I wan't to put it on my car.
I noticed today that the hot and cold sides are on different sides.
Does that mean this turbo wont work or can I rotate it to make it fit?
What would I have to do to make this turbo bolt up?

Search "Evo 8 turbo on DSM" and you'll find it can be done, but it's some fab work or a lot of money for the special manifold.

Basically the turbo is backwards, so I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with it.

You could probably search around in the classifieds and find a 20g for a decent price.

Quick summary....the fans will have to go, the rad will have to go. The downpipe will have to be about 2 feet longer to get anywhere near the outlet of the o2 housing.
