Just rebuilt my new engine. Now when i press the clutch, the car stalls or the trottle goes down very low. I also installed a new rebuilt crankshaf and a new ACT 2900 Clutch kit. I was told the crank was ok and it also came with all the bearings. What could be causing this problem?

I have now parked the car due to the fear of engine lost. Since the rebuilt I have put 10 miles on it so far.

Make sure your tranny is bolted up flush to the block. If it is off the littlest bit that will cause your car to die when you push the clutch in. It happened to me. Just had to tighten a bolt down where the dowel pins are and it worked like a charm after that.
