ok guys after my last disaster of a build, am thinking of going back all stock for now. looking at getting a stock jdm obd2 7 bolt and awd trans. searched and just need to confirm two things. if i deside to use the trans, the final drive ratio is different right? all i need to do to make it work is change out the output shaft pinion, and front diff ring gear? Next question. My a/c pump is bad. So will the a/c pump from the jdm engine work with our systems? Will it even bolt up to the cars lines?
If anyone else has done this swap before, and have any other tips to make things go smooth, it will be appreciated.

The intermediate shaft driving the center diff and the output shaft driving the front ring gear must both be matched to the rear diff ratio as well as each other.

The intermediate (center diff) ratio divided by the (front diff) output ratio must equal the (front diff) output ratio divided by the transfer case ratio, which also is the same as the rear diff ratio. Whew... hope I got that straight, quite a mouthful. Maybe this page will help explain it better.
