Whats the largest engine swap i could do to my 94 eclipse (1.8/automatic). I figured if i had the money i'd try to get an engine from a 95-99 eclipse gts (front wheel turbo) to minumize the amount of parts and work needed instead of going with the gsx awd turbo engine and parts. But i also noticed that avengers are basicly eclipses and my friends has a 6 cyclinder. Whats the best one to do, or which one is less hassle and ect?

Your best bet woud to put this in the newbie section, or better yet the NT forum. There are numerous wrietups and how toos on doing this in the Non Turbo forum.

there is just so much wrong with this.... first off you have a 1gnt. the avenger is basically an eclipse in the sense that it has an identical engine bay as the 2gnt in the 4 cylinder models. the 2gnt has a 420a.

thats about as far as im gonna go with this one. you need to use the search item as much as possible with this. if you have further questions after you have searched till your eyes bleed, then come back and ask them. :thumb:
