Engine mount Bracket shaft

Can anyone give me the the min and max specs of the shaft that the tensioner arm slides on.

have you done a timing belt before?

You know where the tensioner pulley sits on the tensioner arm. Well the tensioner arm sits on a stub shaft which i believe is worn.
