Hello everybody,
It's been a while since I have posted. I ran into quite a bit of bad luck. I was laid off from my job so I have been collecting some unemployment while studying at home. It's relaxing but I don't have cash to do anything except pay bills. So, enough of my sob story...onto the news.
Last I posted it was regarding my compression issue. Well, 2800 dollars later my car is ready for the modding. As it turned out...the compression was due to a bad exhaust valve. I had a complete valve job done and now compression is top notch all the way across the board. =) I also had my clutch master and slave cylinders fixed. One day I went to start up the car and the floor was just sitting on the floor. I couldn't get the car into 1st gear and would grind bad going into reverse. Quick fix to get it to a driveable was to pump the pedal for a good couple of minutes. Hopefully that saves a couple of you that have this common problem 60 bucks to get your car towed.
So now that I am pretty much completely broke I can at least look forward to getting a job and doing some mods. I was asked to take some pictures of my car. I will head downstairs and snap off a few for those that want to take a look. Nothing special though. COMPLETELY STOCK silver 98 GSX. brb.

i had my head redone for 150 dollars but i did a ton of the work myself.

They have the same rates as my mechanic and they are fully supported here on this forum. I am not taking away from them at all either. They do great work and have a lot of knowledge. My mechanic is just closer and with gas prices as high as they are right now...(4.79 in my area)...I can't justify driving that far. SORRY FFTEC!
