Hey guys - I've searched and found a few threads but didn't feel like the topics were the same as me. I could be wrong but anyways, heres my problem.

Car starts up and drives fine (once the car warms up , the idle rpm is pretty low.). When the car idle or when I cruise to a stop w/ clutch pushed in or neutra , the car will turn off.

I've read one topic that it turned out to be an ECU problem. What are some things I can check / self diagnose.

Thanks again!

After the fact edit :

Ignition Coils are NEW (Like a month old)

Have you done any maintenance or diagnosis so far?

Have you done any maintenance or diagnosis so far?

The car to me is only a month old so I did timing belt change including the water pump. Changed the coil pack because it was misfiring on me on throttle (solved) and then my ac compressor went and that’s replaced. As far as anything else - not yet. The only two things that I could find on this car that was “done before me” was battery relocate and egr delete

So far I’ve changed spark plugs with correct gap.

No need to get isc as it has been deleted (deleted before my purchase of the car)

Checked alternator and that’s fine (unplugged battery and car still ran)

Still need to do a blt.

Any other tips??

What do you mean the isc is deleted? Would you provide more info on this? You are having an idle issue correct?

Sorry - My mistake. The EGR has been deleted. I'll be checking everything tomorrow and reading up more. Sorry for the newbie questions!

I'll post an update tomorrow if I've resolved the issue.

AND

Yes the idle is low - I haven't tried to turn it up yet.

Make sure you don' just play with the biss. Turning the idle up is a bad way to say it. is you fiav deleted? Ohm out the isc and check it, there are some good videos from jafromobile. When You set idle you need to ground connections with a jumper wire. After testing the isc and following instructions for setting your biss let us know what you find. And no worries you gotta learn some how best way is to get dirty and take your time look everything up this commnity is amazing almost any issue you have someone here did as well.
