I have a 94 eclipse with a non turbo 2.0 I took off the harmonic balancer because the rubber is worn out and it wobbles slightly. I put it all together and tightened the belts and started it the idle pulsates and the car and engine vibrate I thought maybe turning the crankshaft by had may have caused my timing belt to jump or the balance belt to break. The car has about 75,000 on the set of belts and thought maybe one broke. What is the problem?
