Sounds like its the motor its self it was rebuilt buy english racing, and had BSE done and at about 4,500 RPM's it gets this weird vibration feeling. Some people say when you get BSE you can feel a vibration when RPMs are higher is that what im feeling?

I did not notice a vibration at rpm with the balance shaft removed. I did notice a significant amount of vibration at idle that it did not have before the shaft was gone. It is possible that your combination develops a vibration at thet rpm. I know that sounds like a open problem, but the harmonics in an engine system can occur at any rpm. There is lots of stuff outside the engine that could be your problem. Can be different for any build of parts. Tres....

One is on the tranny on top, the other is in the middle of the timing belt cover area , and the other the other 2 are on the cross member on the front and back of the motor.
