Hey fellas, I know there are probally post on this but I don't know if they are having the same problem as me. Here it goes I did my timing belt and waterpump, all new pulleys tensioner etc. My buddy helped me out he is pretty good with the dsm's. Anyway I started it up bled the coolant system everything is going great. I take it out for a test drive and when I take it over 3500 it vibrates, now I know the balance belt and timing belt were on straight but maybe I missed somthing I don't know. well the vibration is not like a miss kind of vibration it is like a real fast and close kind of vibration. I can here the engine and exhaust vibrating like crazy. I am going to tear it all apart on saturday to take a look. I am just pissed off because I spent all day making sure everything was perfect and not hacked up, and it does this to me, oh well welcome to the wonderfull world of dsm's.

Does it do this in every gear or just at certain speeds. At certain speeds would most likely indicate something with the suspension.

Your rear Balance shaft is out of faze. you need to turn it 1 more revolution to be correct. Line up your mark on your rear shaft to the 12:00 position then release it . if it turns toward the rear its wrong .Turn one more time to 12:00 ,it should rotate toward the timing mark. Dave.
