What does this stand for anyways?And what is up with my car if I am at the outer limits? Everything else looks fine. Co's are about halfway and Nox is down low.

Stands for Hydro-Carbons.

If they are off the charts you are probably runnign rich or have a big boost leak causing you to run rich.
 
HC stands for Hydrocarbons, this will be high when you have raw or unburned fuel exiting the tail pipe. Your car will usually be high in this area if it is missing. check your spark plugs and plug wires that might help
