Well i noticed when i was checking all of my vacuum lines and other lines under the battery the Black Evaporator CAN Has 2 ports on top of it. Now it has 2 ports on top of the can One of them has a hose connected to it and the other is not connected to anything but if u look close enough it reads "AIR" on top of the Evap Can but i cant find a line that is not hooked up or knocked loose, so my question would be, is there soposed to be a line on it or is it just to release air out of the can????? This is on a 2g btw.

It connects to one of the nipples on your intake. It won't hurt boost, but if said nipple is not plugged, it will let unmetered air into the engine, which can cause problems.

thats not what hes talking about. He is talking about the two ports on the actual charcoal canister.

yes, one is plugged in, and one is just "air". Thats how it should be.

Cool. I've always had the same question in the back of my mind... "Wonder if something's supposed to be plugged in there?". Never got around to asking though!
