1G Electrical Arching noise

Has anyone heard or experienced this Arching zapping electrical noise before? I've never heard this before so assuming it just started. Car idles, starts up, revs like normal. Waited til dark to see if I could see any lightning .. Coming from coil pack and other area but saw nothing.

Try and get the car somewhere pitch black. Garage etc

Yeah, I tried that last night and didnt see anything. I did the wiggle test on the plug wires and electrical wires nothing made a change everything was tight, but thats the type of sound you dont want to feel, the fingers and hands were fast while touching them parts.
