El Paso "March of the DSMs" meet

It's official; the track will be closed on Sunday. I just spoke with them and was told that they are under new management and that is the cause of the change. I was told that anyone who wants to race this Friday night (March 11th) will get $5 off to race and $3 off for spectators (so it would be $15 to race, $3 to watch) if you tell them you are from DSMtuners. They are sorry about the timing but it was out of their control.

The meet will still go on this Sunday. It will just be the car wash and meet portions though. I'll be there and I hope to see all of you guys. I know most of us are disappointed about the track being closed but it's still going to be a bunch of DSMs and a great time! We can spend even more time at Five Guys eating burgers, hanging out with old friends, meeting new people, showing off our cars, and talking DSMs. Maybe we can even through together a cruise. Either way I guarantee it will be a good time. See y'all there!

Theres a street off airport rd. in santa teresa where Ive been practicing my launches.....there is a lot of tire marks where im not the only one. Its the last street before the lil airport......also you live on the west right...... was wondering if you and ## primo wanted to head out to the meet together, maybe meet off the ten<--

Its probably a good thing the track part is cancelled. The gsx still isnt running right, but it can handle a cruise. Might as well wash it too so im in for the car wash meet up too.

Ben and i talked to the 5 guys manager tonite after the cruise.. they seem excited and looking forward to us being there... said they would prep extra meat and the more the merrier was welcomed...

well good news the engine is ready to go in everything is bolted up tomorrow by noon it will be up and running...(crossed fingers)

i dont mind the drags too much i need to break in my engine anyways, but i wanted to kanakas talon in action

can't wait for five guys burger.mmmmmmm

on a side note your old 1g gsx is going =] he's just rebuilding the tranny on it




we should also get a meet on a friday to make that mitsu VS hondaY go down

i hear ya, i work all week from 3-11 so its impossible for me to make it...

and are the wednesday meets still happening? i drove past there after work this week and there were cops everywhere

yeah they happen last week was sick but this week when we got there cops had already shown up

It will still be 12:00 at 12:00, you just have to set your clock and hour ahead before then

And Jims right, at what would have been 12:00, it will actually be 1:00.

I was at a party last night talking to some dudes about cars and what not, well when they heard i had an eclipse they were all like, "Dude are you going to that car show tomorrow with all the eclipses?" ... im sure its going to be awesome, cant wait to meet all you crazy DSMers

It's alive!!!!!!! Talk about last minute! Thanks so much to Jim for coming over last night and helping my diagnose my wiring issues until the wee hours of the morning. I removed all the wires from the ECU connector, adjusted the contact points, and installed them in the new connector. BAM! Runs like a champ! No more DTC's or crazy sensor readings! I just tuned my idle to near perfection and I'm going to drop her off the jack stands and start working on my cruise tune! See you guys at 2!!!!!!!!!!!!
