Either blew my trans last night, or my TOB or clutch disc went! you tell me

Well I posted about my 4th gear making a noise when in gear, and a worse noise when on the gas in 4th only. Well 1st gear decides to pop out every now and again. Well, now its all the time. 3rd gear also pops out very often as well. It is harder to get in every gear now. 1st used to be able to go in easily when rolling at 5mph and less, and now it just grinds. The trans also makes a scraping noise while in gear and moving. Nothing serious, but enough to notice. The car seems to basically grind whenever it wants now even if the pedal is to the floor. What could it be? bad syncros? I was told before i bought the car about 2 weeks ago, the trans was rebuilt within 10k miles, but he said it might have a Throw out bearing problem. Could the trans have gone? Is it the TOB? Could the clutch disc be cracked? I do not have unlimited funds, so id like to diagnose the problem before i take it to a shop

I have the exact same problem and also no answer. Bumping it because I'd like to find out too.

i think it will ether be the tob or the trans only way to figure out witch will be to pull the tranny and check the tob. its honestly not that hard to do it took me about 4 hours to get my trans out the first timejust get manual and folow the directions. when you pull the tob out see if t spins freely or not. check your cluch disk and pressure plate assembly too you never know it might be in there. also try bleding the cluch line befor you pull the trans out there might be air in there
