1G EGR block off plate dimensions

I have access to a shop with a water jet and cnc machine and would like to make my own egr block off plate. If no one has the dimensions of the plate ill just take the egr off and bring into work. Just looking to see if anybody has the measurements.

I have a spare....somewhere. You could just take the EGR valve off and draw a template from its base tho to be perfect.
