ecu...something I dont know help me

Ok I posted something about boost problems well thats the least of my worries now. OKwhen I drove my car home from work today everything worked fine i.e lights, door locks, windows...pretty much everything minus the a/f gauge. So I get back into my car about 1 1/2 hours later and I start up my car and now it idles at 300-750 then settles. The windows and door locks or interior lights dont work, and when I turned my headlights on the horn went off...not beeping but steady horn and when I turned the lights off the headlights and horn stayed on. nothing seems to work at all and I have no idea what the problem is. I disconnected the battery and left the car for 30 mins and still no dice. someone please help me...I need to fix this asap!!! thank you

I would check all over for a loose ground. You may need to buy a manual to find all of the diagrams.

Ill check for ground problems tomorrow but I tried reseting the ecu by unpluging it and the battery and no dice. I going for relays and checking them with a multi meter if they are good it may be the etax-ecu if anyone has heard of that. Cause the sunroof works buit the windows and locks and such dont, and I figured it would be this cause the sunroof has its own ecu. What do you guys think?

find a fellow dsmer and switch out your ecu for his and see if you run good. That would be the first thing i would do.

like I said I got a multimeter on it today and what do ya know my altenator fuse is blown. 2 beans later back up and runnign again.
