ecu problem

well i got done with my build went to start it and nothing no spark so i went threw all the forums and was reading and reading my friend has a 1g turbo awd thanks to him let me borrow some parts and i found out that my ecu wasnt powering up! so i have a bad one does anyone now if i can get this fixed or do i need a new one and any suggestions on where to get one the capacitors looked good no leaks i dont know whats up!

yeah it ran pretty good as soon as i replaced it with the other one the boost gauge came on and so did the check engine light so its like the other one had no power!

i would buy a new ecu. They tend to go bad in these car quite often. and it sound to me like thats exactly what happened to yours. I actually have one im tryin to sell if your interested. its a 90 eprom ecu so its just what you would need $230 shipped to your door let me know what you are thinkin or what you figure out. theres a place in texas that you can send in your ecu to that will rebuild it for you but it ends up costing about 200-250 with shipping and everything. i cant remember what its called off the top of my head but im sure you can find it on google or sumthin
