Anyone help me out real quick? There was a dude on here a couple years ago making EVO8 to DSM (both G's) harnesses for sale, and wondered if he was still around, or know of anyone/anywhere you can get something similar for a 2011 Lancer GTS to fit in an AEM FIC-8 ECU system? man, i havent been on here in forever. Probably March 2012 right when i sold my old talon...miss that ride

Subscribed,I know someone wanting to swap a evo evu on his 1g.. a harness would save time.

I honestly was going to get a harness but the swap takes about a half hour if you go really slow. That's not really a lot of time. You can get an extension harness for the Evo 8 and make your own swap harness out of it but they are really expensive.

I just said screw it and did the swap without the harness. You don't have to cut any wires except for a spot for the flash cable. It wouldn't take much time to put the pins back where they were if I needed to and that money saved from the harness will basically go towards the cable you'll need to flash the ecu.

But if you must you can use this to make your own:

Sure :)

I usually only build them for people I'm doing tunes for... But, I have all the stuff on hand as well as a few Harnesses for putting Evo and/or H8 Ecu's in 1g's... . Though that is something that should be left to discuss in Email or PM.

Not sure of anyone else that does those... That it's not a special request... .

For Evo ecu's in a 2g it's pretty simple to just swap wires on the harness...

What your looking to do These guys would probably be able to get you taken care of though... Might contact them and see. :)
