Do you have a MAP sensor? If so, what is it wired into? This should already have been set up when you installed it. You need to make sure the pin assignments are set correctly before going into the Boost solenoid settings.

I do mani abosolute pressure. so do I need to get an aem 3 bar or something. or I know its not right to t into bov but I have no boost source 16g turbo. could that be the issue they say u can use ## stock baro for it. tried that still clicks on n off wonder if its cause its is seeing vaccum pressure that way?

You'll need to post a log and let's see how you've got it all configured. You can also try logging various WGS parameters in the ECU to make sure it's doing what you're expecting.
