Eclipse gsx with motor problems (video inside)

Ok so i get the gsx started after replacing the head and getting a new timming belt job. The motor feels like it has no power to it. And when revved black smoke comes out threw the downpipe. I think the car might be running to rich.

-The fuel pressure solenoid is damaged a little but i don't think that can cause the car to act like this.
- I have a small boost leak that im in the process of fixing.

it sounds like mine did when i had a coupler come apart it wouldnt rev at all

ok I can hear a boost leak that sound bigger then you think. but I would check the basic's 1st. it's sound like your getting it to about 1500rpm's then see fall's on hear face. do you have any type of fuel controller.. is your fpr got vacuume.

Yea i have a boost leak somewhere but would that cause my car to react like that?
I dont have a fpr just the stock solenoid.

seems to idle alright, but as soon as you give it gas it starts hessitating... My guess would be a fuel problem, or it might need a tune

Do you have any kind of tuner to compensate for those 55o's? Also, boost leaks as well as the wally with make you run rich. The wally outflows your stock fpr's ability to return the fuel, causing too much fuel pressure.
