Eclipse Gsx interior lighting guide

98 eclipse gsx....... I've posted many times getting all differ answers I want to replace my step/courtsey lights;; Map lights;; and trunk lights; Are all the bulbs jus pull out n put back in ???? And what are the bulb numbers???!?!?!?! But again do you just pull these bulbs out?

The easiest way to check all the bulbs and sizes, and the method I used because no one could give me an answer either, was to go to rockauto.com. Look up the light bulbs and where they are located, the part number that rock auto has is part of the model number for the light bulb.

For example 1g glovebox light:

-Mitsubishi
-1991
-Eclipse GSX
-2.0L turbo
-Electrical& Lamp Socket
-Glove box Bulb

Part number: 158


Go ahead and type: Light bulb 158 into ebay and you get a ton of light bulb results. Even better, they sell LED, so you can upgrade, LED have a longer life spam and produce more light then standard bulbs.

Rinse and repeat for each bulb

Thanks alott Orsam light guide has my step lights wrong tho:x i was pulling my step lights out with twezers and hit the metal prong and i think i blew a fuse cause they went out along with my radio and map lights... Anyone kno which fuse it is?? I think its the amp fuse below the steering wheel
