Spyder Eclipse GS Spyder Wiring mess

Hi I have a loose wire brown and green goes to tranny and 2 green and yellow wires. I know one goes to the MAF sensor but stumped on the other side.

Any help would do.

I have a European 3000 gt flashed to a relocated black box, wideband aem, innovate a/f gauge. turbo going in.

And one more question why is my motor sit opposite of all the other front wheel drive cars?

Glad you started on your car Profile. It answered some questions needed to help you, but left some information out, such as which model Spyder it is (GST or GS)? Auto trans or manual?

Based on the pile of parts you received with the car, you have a lot of decisions ahead. Usually the parts are selected and mounted first and then wiring follows, since it may change depending on what devices you have.

Others can speak to whether a 3000 GT black box will work for a 4G63/64. Maybe that’s why the previous owner tried to rewire things.

With some further info and pictures we can help you more. I see that you’ve been checking on the wiring diagrams here to start to identify the loose wires. That’s a very good place to reference as you trace them.

Yes thankyou for answering it's a gs Spyder with a tranny stuck in limp mode and a harness spliced to hell it was running pretty well for the most part untill this last time I took the harness out now I fried a black ground wire fixing to buy a new harness ,thee trans is also a automatic it has ceddy mods ,and the aem is currently stopped working .

It will probably be the least headache just replacing the engine harness with a known good one. Sometimes it’s time consuming to find out when a sensor or system stops working, whether the sensor is bad or if the wiring for it is bad.

You could post a Want To Buy ad in the classifieds, or search them to see if a GS harness is available. Otherwise contact Stevie Miller on FB of Miller Import Parts and he’ll hook you up with a stock harness.

Is that what the previous owner told you? I'm not aware of any 3000gt that came with a 4g and the computers are different. Ceddy mods is the typical tuning software for a black box ecu in a dsm. It sounds like we should start with some pictures and a thorough break down of the car along with what you're trying to do and what you've done.

Exactly. Start by giving us the part number off of the black box ecu.

Sorry it comes up as a European 3000 gt but it says evo 8 flash on the back of it the box number is 7503

Need to know where pin 82 goes says ignition Switch and pin 92 says sensor ground
