ebay turbo rebuilt???

OK everyone know to stay away from ebay turbos but i found this turbo from a friend and i was wanting to know if i have it rebuilt would it be cool than to use as a good turbo???

I just saw this exact same topic come up a week or so ago (rebuilding eBay turbos). Justin posted some really good info in it.

you will probably have a really hard time. i just tried to for a friend and it turned out that the knock off turbos run a larger diameter shaft. So the bearings are a different size then what would come in a real mitsu turboabout the only thing thats the same is the seals and oil plate.

You can't rebuild a ball bearing turbo.

But I bet it's not even ball bearing. False advertizing FTL
