track is probly a no go. they dont usually run on saturdays, and theyre RARELY a test and tune in june. Just points races on sundays.

Yep. I only plan on running 17-18 psi until I save alittle more money to get a built motor... Should hold up well.

sorry guys but I have an idea since I just realized something....instead of the rome thing I have a better idea, I just put a thread up on it and realized that it's on the same date as this meet. So I think that we should do this, caravan from, well it looks like binghamton is best for everyone on the 4th and head down to Wellsboro, PA. it's fairly close to the NY border. It's a pro rally and a bunch of us went last year and it was awesome, a one of a kind experience, the whole town is into this event, it's crazy. see my thread.

you can do all of the above, there will be plenty of cars around the town, lots of wrx's last year and evo's and sti's gallore, bring a cooler and bullshit waiting for sweet ass rally cars drifting around muddy corners. you think our cars are loud, my 3 inch turboback exhaust sounds nothing like any of these rally cars!

I have a ton of extra good 6 bolt tensioners and idler arms and balance shaft pulleys and what not. I ordered a new hydraulic tensioner today, but my old one is still good. I didn't feel like putting any used parts on my new motor.

re-using a grenade tensioner to save a few bucks will bite you in the ass.

you can have it if you want it, its fairly new, my motor has been rebuilt 20k miles ago. If you need to save a few bucks. but if you have the money, get a new one.

yea true. im running out of money and i still need a new axle main bearings and rod bearings and a gasket kit. whats a tensioner usually run? and does any one have any extra 6 bolt blocks just incase?

damn the prices sure have gone down in a short time, last time when I was doing mine like 4 months ago it was 179 at machv, now it's down to $96 there and $76 from slowboy
