apparently no where near those places...at first I went to olympus auto parts where through a friends discount I get stuff super cheap, i'm talking ngk bpr6es spark plugs for $3 for 4, timing belt kit for 100, with three pulleys, and balance shaft belt. they were the ones that would have been 179....but machv was super expensive when I looked last time to, so that's why I went with my friends used one that cleaned right up and looked brand new(blown motor, very little miles) for free.

76 bucks still sucks, i can get parts from nate at diamondstarmotorsports at whole/discount with over night shipping. I think I paid 60 for mine.

It turns out my garage quickly turned into a performance/install shop. We now have a business license. I got a guy with a 91 AWD coming down for a new clutch fork and clutch kit install.

We now got a computer operated vinyl/graphic machine and we can do carbon fiber. .

turn out the garage turned into a dsm shop now, .

The garage is now full of dsm's, all broken of course. Some guy snapped his clutch fork and I'm in the middle of of changing that right now. The 6 bolt that we put into the 93 tsi has a bad piston ring in it, so now me and the mad scientist have to tear down the block and replace the piston rings that were fried..........

for most people going to this meet, Rome is a lot closer than wellsboro, PA. i personally live alot closer to wellsboro, but would enjoy a trip to rome, none the less.

you can't see a professional rally in rome though!!! sorry guys, but if it has to come to me choosing one or the other, i'm gonna have to choose the rally....would hate for it to have to be like that though.

thanks for your .02 cents but last time I checked the name of the thread was EAST COAST DSM NY, not specifically for the meet in rome, i'm sorry you are too closed minded to think about an event that I know from personal experience is a hell of a lot of fun, and also about cars.

well when someone is trying to set up an event and you come in trying to persuade people to goto something else, i think thats quite rude and stupid. Post up about it fine, but let people decide for themselves.

i was simply trying to get a different date set or something, because like I said I don't want to miss out on this meet, which is also why I originally suggested we go to wellsboro instead. I don't see that as rude at all, I gave an alternative, then I offered a compromise, but whatever you want to believe I suppose.

Just tell me what you guys are doing. Personally, I'm staying in Rome, I'm way too busy to be driving all the way down to PA, then driving back, especially in my Talon. Just tell me if you're coming or not. Either way, there is still a bunch of people coming and I'm getting some guys to cook/bbq and shit.
