eagle talon start cold problem

Hello everybody I`m new to the forum but I;ve done some research about my car (eagle talon tsi awd automatic 1993),but the problem I have with the car is when its really cold outside -10 and lower in celcius the car won`t start except if I unplug the fuel pump then the car will start then I plug the fuel pump, I;m just wondering if any of you know what`s wrong with the car after the car is started it will run just fine, and in the summer it always start.
