Ok , my original fuel set up for the this e316g was gasoline but E85 is now just in FL and now I changed plans.... I know I need bigger injectors, my 550s are not even installed and I'm getting 1000cc instead. The 255HP rewired fuel pump should be enough for now, but I run out of money to get the DSM link... I have a brand new AFC NEO but I don't know if I should try to make it work w/ the new fuel set up... I only hear bad things about it when getting bigger injectors, they say it's ok till 650s but the same goes for E85? What should I do?

I think a logger is a must. You can technically get by without a wideband, but it's as close to a must as you can get. They're very nice to have, and I wouldn't tune without one. That is, if you plan on altering your fuel maps and such, like it seems you are planning on doing. But it's your money and car.:D

Yeah... I also have a AEM EMS and wide band O2 that was supposed to be used on my other car (96 Talon TSI w/ 6 bolt motor) But I run out of money to finish the Talon... It's in a warehouse just stuck and I need a lot more parts to finish that one. This one (95GST) is a priority ### it's my street car... will that AEM EMS and wide band work on the 95 GST?

Yes, it should.

I think it's unnecessary with e85. If anything you could maybe use it just for the methanol giving you a little extra breathing room on injectors, but otherwise I think it's overkill.

I still use it on these hot summer days on top of my E85 just to cool the air charge a little more before it enters the motor.. Cooler = denser = more power. Not to mention giving my injectors a little break at 30psi on a single 255 pump

Glenn uses the meth because he had the kit before e85, buying it after having e85 would be a waste of money in my opinion.

To the OP you wont beable to control those injectors with just the safc. A guy in denver made over 400whp with 1000cc injectors and an safc but he was pegged rich even with -50% settings. I run the safc with a maf-t and e85 with no issue. Using the maf-t to compensate for the injectors and I love it. Cheap setup actually.

Yeah I already have the watter/meth sitting there. I'm getting rid of the AFC NEO it's up for sale on e-bay, and I'm using the AEM EMS and wideband O2 that was supposed to be used on my other car... The 96' Talon. That should work !:rocks:

Yeah that's pretty much what I'll be making... 30psi on a 255 hp walboro w/ 1000cc ... Do you run on OEM fuel filter? I don't know if I should change it or not.
