I've attached a map that you can use as a starting point. I use the gas AFR scale, just because everyone is familiar with it.

Your best bet is to try different AFR's ranging from 11.5 to 12.5. Many people say that below 12 is too rich, while others say that low 11's make the best power. For example: http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/e85-tuning-12-8-vs-11-4-afr-observations-for-both-camps.422747/

It simply comes down to experimentation and finding out what runs best. If you go too rich, though, you'll likely run into rich knock.
