Hi guys,
I was looking to get my car dyno tuned, and a friend recomended JE Import performance in bel air. The mods are in my profile, I was just wondering if anyone has used him for tuning(dsmlink) before. The car is tuned for no knock, but I just don't feel comfortable fine tuning with out a wideband. James (JE) said that it would take between 1-2 hours. I am open to suggestion of any other recomended shops in the baltimore area.
Thanks in advance, Rob:dsm:

You may want to check these folks out. http://www.extrememotorsports.com/contact.htm
I have personally met with Sean Glazar to see his shop and plan my dyno tuning there this spring. I'll let the website speak for its self..

if you have dsmlink i would just do it myself but if i were to pick one of the two shops- extreme would be my first pick for sure

Instead of paying the 200+ dollars on dyno tuning use that money and get yourself a wideband and hook it up to dsmlink and tune it yourself on the street you will save yourself more money in the end. And if you want you can always do a 3 run pull on the dyno to check your power.

I was actually toying with the idea of getting the plx wideband. I wanted to run it using the simulated narrowband feature, but the car is a daily driver and I was told it wasn't efficient enough of a signal. Basically I don't want to have a bung welded on to put a second o2 in, and there is too much heat at the stock location to get any decent life out of the sensor.
Thanks for the advice so far, any more input would be appreciated.

It takes like 10 minutes for a shop to weld a 02 bung. The narrowband on the wideband although nice is useless sometimes it work sometimes it doesn't but its all up to you if you don't want to do that then go ahead and spend the money on the dyno.

I personally have had my car dyno'ed at extreme before. Sean is awesome and so are all of the people that work there. they do great work and are very friendly. i'll be going back there next monday to get my car retuned using dsmlink instead of the old safc setup.
