dyno in the (Milwaukee area )

Hi i"m in the Milwaukee area and i just put a 2.3 stoker in my 2g dsm!
And i have a safc and i a eprom ecu well i think i might need a tune? am i right ?
or wrong. i don't know can some one help me? and if i do need a tune how much would it be? and were would i go to get it done . thank you

Contact Beyond Redline Performance up in Green Bay. 920-498-1223. They have an AWD dyno in house and are more than capable of this work.

There not one shop in the Milwaukee area that I would trust tuning a DSM. You can take it up to Beyond Redline in Green Bay or Boostin Performance (630) 458-9600 [email protected] in Illinois.

Its probably going to cost about $300 to get it tuned around here.

Yeah, the local dynos in Milwaukee area don't know how to tune anything related to DSM's, even something as simple as a SAFC tune. The only AWD dyno in Milwaukee is at Late Model Throttle, but they don't know how to tune.

No. They don't have an AWD dyno nor do they even know what a SAFC is, nor how to use it. Please simply contact the two choices given as they are more than capable of doing the work. Please also have a complete list of detailed modifications so they can properly deduce the vehicle and tune if for any quirks it may have. The more dumb stuff they have to fix, the more expensive the job is going to be.

Find Mr Peepers and ask him where he got dyno'd..

Matt and Kenny did a bit on AMS's dyno in Illinois in the past and Matt was recently on Late Model Throttle's AWD in Waukesha next to my house but that was for a dyno day; not tuning.

I would take the drive to Illinois. I am going to need some tuning done fairly soon as well and have heard basically the same thing "wouldn't trust anyone in milwaukee." Atleast you know Boosting Performance knows what they are doing and have quite the reputation. Good Luck!
