Dump Tube

I was just wondering what the purpose of a dump tube on the 02 housing was, do u need any other mods to have it and is it useful if i have a full turbo back apexi 3 inch?

if you search you will find many threads on dumps, manifold dumps and o2 housing dumps as well as what they are used for. before i got mine i had an excess of threads avail. to read here. basically, they can be used to help with regulating boost as far as boost spike goes. as well as for scaring pedestrians and fellow rd users.

It is to help stop boost creep/spike. It is useful with a 3" exhaust for the same reason. And no you don't need anything else to put it on. If you have an external wastegate it is useless though.
