Hey guys I don't know like anything about tuning but I know dsmlink is the way to go. Here's my question- one of my buddies told me he'd sell me dsmlink version 1 with cable and socket for 350 is this a reasonable deal? what are the differences between v1 and 2? Should I get it? help

it's used though from someone else... what would I do just send them my chip and cable? also what are the differences? would I still be able to tune with version one just fine?

"EPROM only: If your ECU is already socketed, then we can simply ship a new EPROM with DSMLink code on it. You can swap the chips yourself easily enough. It is possible, however, to bend or break pins and render a chip useless if you are careless.
