thanks for taking the time to look over my log. i have been trying to get my tune back in order after loosing everything over the winter. i'm running an bullseye hx 35 at 25ish psi on 93 pump.all mods are up to date in my profile minus the meth kit which i sold off to go the e85 route. i have not done the conversion yet though. i do realize my psi is a bit high on pump gas and i guess my question for you guys with more tuning experiance than myself is . do you think i should lower my boost to try and add more timing or ???? also if anyone notices anything i might be missing please feel free to chime in.

the log im posting i did two pulls one thru second and third. the other was after pulling a degree of timeing to lower my knock.

Do you have a log that has all ECU settings available for viewing? I can only view Timing, Fuel, RPM's, and Misc.

And any reason you have your fuel sliders in the positives? Typically people want to take away fuel, not add fuel. I'm also curious as to why your deadtime is 150 when the wiki says 420.

Are you sure your AEM gauge is reading the same as DSMlink? The difference between the AEM and the A/F Ratio is pretty big.
 
snowboarder thanks for the quick reply. I realize my dead time is different but when i set it to 420 like the wiki states my ltft low and mid were at -12 and +12 respectivally i also tried the 330 dead time as stated in jeffs post.with similar readings. i also thought 150 was really low but it was the only setting i could get where the low and mids were some what close to 0. as far as the widband it is almost dead on gauge reads 11.1 dsmlink reads 11.2
the ecu settings are the same for me i'm only able to access those you mentioned and the dtc's. when i bought the car it already had link installed and i've questioned it myself. I asked the owner before me about it and he told me it has always been like that."he bought the car used also" I have removed the ecu to check the chip and it says it's a dsmlink chip and has a # on it. but i have never went any further than that with it. I am planning on upgrading to ecmlink in the next few weeks but un'till then i'm stuck with this. i almost feel i was sold the car with a bogus copy of link "please don't hate on me. at the time i did'nt know about all the counterfit copy's out there or i would have questioned it more." i guess i'll find out for sure when i do the upgrade.
 
I have downloaded and used the v3 app before but i have not been able to figure out how to set up my wide band with it. thats why i kept using dsmlink. if someone wants to give me advice on how to log it that would be awsome! i do like the v3 much better.
 
If you're able to stream/log using v3, right click on the graph and click ECU config (from log..). Go to the ECU Inputs tab (bottom of the column) and find what pin you have it input in on the table. Click the cell next to the pin name and select your wideband from the drop down menu. Give it a name if you'd like. Click the Save pin assignment button under the table. Push F9 and move it to the box on the right to display it.
 
snowborder i tied to install the wide band as you described above. problem is though i can not find the ecu inputs tab. if i read your post right it should be right below the rpm's, dtc's, tab's correct? if so i do not show that tab.. or am i maybe doing something wrong? I did a log yesterday using ecmlink. it was raining here so i did not get on it. but i ill post it up for reference anyways.

Go redownload the latest version of the app. I have never see the app with only 4 tabs, and am not sure why that's like that.

Actually when i first tried to get it installed the other day and i realized i did'nt have the tab i removed ecmlink and re-downloaded it thinking i did not have the newest version. but i still have the same problem.... i'm kind of thinking maybe it has something to do with the chip i have seeing as i also had the problem accessing features in dsmlink. I guess i just really need to do the upgrade.
 
Maybe if you werent running a god damned pirate version you wouldnt have this problem.:D
 
so i have a question not to steal the thread but that downloaded v3 app works with dsmlink 2.5 chip. Does that include all the features of v3? Just curious. Thanks.
 
aright broke down and bought ecmlink yesterday and did find out for sure i have a pirated copy of dsmlink. so i guess that explains why i cant access some of the features on mine. :ohdamn:
