ok, probly a stupid question, but how do you get on the dsmlink forums ? I recieved my dsmlink and tried to sign up to the forums but it said registration was closed. There has to be a way to get on.

When you purchase your Dsmlink the seller should have asked you for a user name & password which they would forward to ECMtuning to setup your account (that is if you didn't buy it direct & the seller was a legit distributor). If you bought it second hand & is a legit version the seller has to contact ECM Tuning to let them know he's sold it to you & they'll set you up. You can't setup your own account.

hmm...ordered it from extremepsi. On the paper it has a user id but no password.

Well then your fine as far as being legit, I'd contact ecm tuning with your user name & they should be able to hook you up with an account.
