1G DSMLink cable problem

Hi, I recently bought a 1g dsm and I need to tune it (new injector size and different turbo) but i can't connect my computer to the car. When i put the usb cable in the green light on the box of the cable flashes but does not stay on. I.ve the ecm to see if really has the ecm tuning chip and it doe. Help could be useful i'm not really good with computer. Thank you

Sometimes the cables do go bad. Do you not have access to the ecmlink forums?

not yet im still a Probationary Member but i've ordered a new cable on dsmlink.com. Il really looks like the usb plug is broken because it flashes when i'm moving the cable
