Anyone know who has my mums old '96 GST? Riced out as #### :)

you got a pic of it? and did it come to the UK do you know?

Hi,

I've moved to UK recently, I lived before in Europe and I'm thinking of bringing my 2G here in the UK, but for registering the vehicle here, I think I need to solve the headlights. How do you change the headlights from LH drive as I do not think that there are any RH sided 2G's?
Any help appreciated, thanks!

Yes i am, and no you cannot do any mods for rhd lights, you just have to use stickers to deflect it. Also buying a dsm is not easy in the UK, not many, so buy from somewhere else first

Hello I am from Turkey also I am having problem with postage cost:) seller wants 25 dolars for radio but shipping cost is125 dolar :) that s why if you are in Europe you need to get parts from europe also..

Hi! What is your real problem? I mean: the car's problem?

What did you change? Do you have an Ecm chip?

Write me , here, or private, maybe I can help.
I did the same turbo projekt, originally my eclipse was an European ,4g63 n/a GS, and I converted to a 4g63 GST.
I made a lot alteration, so..if you need infos, contact me. ;-)

Check this pictures.
I had to swap the 8 & 22 pins at the ecu.
( marked with red ).
And I also had to change the spark wires.
And some important settings in the ecmchip/ link program before the start.

Also had to make a shortcut with the pink wire from the obd2 connector into the ecu. ( leave out the antitheft modul from the circuit).
It was necessary because of the ecmlink communication. Without this shortcut, it was unable to communicate.

There are 1G N/T AWD's. Mostly in Sweden, Austria, Germany, but they may be found in other countries as well.

They are pretty rare however they cost as a regular 1G NT. They are a little different than a turbo 1G though. They have more torque to the front wheels (maybe 60/40) and some Webasto heater (which adds weight). However they are begging to be turboed and worked on :)
Do you know anything more about webasto/ engine heater in these cars? Playing with the idea to mount one..
