i ordered the baerings and i wanted to know if any one nows how to put them on?

Those are just skateboard bearings. You take the cables off of the tranny, put a phillips or flathead screw driver into the hole where the rubber bushing is and press up at an angle and they will come out as one piece.
To put those in, they can be a bit tricky....sometimes you have to use a dremel and grind out the metal ring on the cable end to get them to have enough clearance. Buy a washer that's the size of the bearing itself and put it on top...then take vicegrips and press the bearing in.
You need the washer so you don't damage the internals of the bearing.
