I don't know about the sweet racing hang-out but I'm down for going out once a month or so to a place and having a beer or eating some burgers. Wolfy's makes some amazing double bacon cheese burgers that make the baconator look like a plane hamburger. Only bad thing is they are greasy but so good.

OFF TOPIC

I'm sending in the form for custom license plates, "stock" was taken already :cry: thinking of "its slow" "pos dsm" "auto awd" or the funniest "Princes" maybe even "pump gas" "only 10s" or something like that. Any ideas would be good because I have one position left on the form.
 
I put down POS DSM and Auto AWD but I need to think of a third.

Just to pick on V8's I could put "MMM V8S"

I do miss my gsx. It was time to move on. When things slow down I'll get another 2g, I'll tell ya it's ALOT funner working on someone elses car though. You never worried if it's going to start! how's your car travis? is it still together?

I had DSMLINK for awhile. I got tired of people asking me what the hell it ment.. I'd go with DSMFAIL, 4G63, INITECH, POSCREW.

Car is still running great and still makes me shake when full boost hits in first. I took it out for a small drive a week ago and it turned sideways while holding the steering wheel straight when the boost hit, gave me the WTF face. Didn't pass emissions due to probably no cat, running rich, FP4 cams, and it being a stroker motor so I had to register it out in Chewelah. No emissions hassel FTMFW!. I am thinking of putting "ITS SLOW" or "DSMFAIL" is awesmone too. Maybe "BROKEN"

I sold the Silver 1G a month ago to a friend, I think he is going to beat that thing into the ground though which sucks, at least he will keep it clean like it was. What ever happened to all the people that used to meet up, there was one time that I think 10 of us met up and ate somewhere in the Valley and it was fun. But that was like 2-3 years ago.
 
ya your friend came in to work to day he wrecked the silver car not bad from what he told me but had to get some parts of a red 1g why the hell did you sell that thing any way we should all meet at hooters i was at the meet three years ago it wasn't bad but we need to get some thing bigger to show the honda boys what's up and that are cars can run for more than one week:talon:

I have a motorcycle, the GSX race car, the silver 1G and a Honda. So it was either a Honda or the silver 1G for the DD and the Honda I thought would be a better choice since it gets 35+MPG and usually they never break. I had to sell one because I has them sitting at my dad's place and he wasn't too excited for the junkyard look so I had to get rid of one of them. Yeah Steven ran the car into a fire hydrant(sp?) taking his gf home I guess he said he didn't have enough time to stop and started sliding and that was the aftermath. I would love to meet up but in this weather I don't think I want to drive the GSX, it has too much power and is horrible in the snow.
 
Yeah but I wouldn't mind an huge meet with all types of cars. Yeah everyone is different but we all share the same thing which is a love for cars so why not let everyone come. There are a few nice cars that aren't DSM's and EVO's. I'd love to do it in the srping then meet up like at the valley mall and have everyone drive to the track in a huge group. That would be fun, we did it two years ago and it was fun, 2 DSM's an Evo, like 3-4 SRT-4's, some Honda's it was fun though.
 
ya i was there but the only thing is there is never a just dsm evo meet it is always meets goin on with all makes crap the vw guys all get together for there own little meet and all go to saint marise and even honda boys have there own meet i mean i like all car that are built right but we should get are thing going even spokane speed has a meet with all makes:talon:
 
If we can find at least 4 cars I'll dp it but I don't want to have a meet and only one or two people show up other than me. I know I willmake it and have a friend who will make it and maybe Trevor but not sure as he is always fixing his car.
 
The race car is put away till there is no snow so sometime in March or April sound good?
 
Hey, this is talntid. Green '96 Talon.. I don't watch this thread a lot... but if we ever get a meet going, Ill be there... Just let me know when! ;)
 
i would like to shot for mid spring so i can get mine going we are also building a 4g63t colt to go my little bro has a 1gb to fix also mine has to get new shift cables and new wiring harness to the ecm or a ems
 
wright now april is sounding ok to me i have a lot of work to do i have to get my car up and going i have a colt to finish and my body's 2g to get in order but all these guys are down i talked to tom today and he said he was down to he and trever are working on his car so that is 8 people so far can we get any more going :talon:
 
im in too... drove my car all winter... that was interesting... so now i have to fix some stuff first too

Tom's friend Dennis of whatever his name is wants to race me and Trevor, I guess he has a TT 350 280Z but I don't know how fast it is. I might be unemployed soon so it really doesn't matter to me when we have the meet. I just hope my plates get here soon. I got "POS DSM" ROFL. As far as cars I know that want to go the list is..

2. Trevor

4. Seige (sp?)
5. Tom
6. The last guy who posted (sorry can't remember the screen name)

feel free to add to the list and lets start making some dates. I know tech inspections are late Feb.

iv'e got my little brother 7 and my friend 8 i think aaron said sommthing about going to so with every body else that is 11
 
ya i dont no how fast that 280 is but you have the traction advantage but i do no that tom was saying that dennis is going to bring vr4 3000 to the meet eric turner says that he and scottsee are down to go also:talon:
